Dr. Stuti Nilesh Pardhe: A Journey of Healing Through Faith, Neuroscience, and Holistic Mental Health

My career began at the age of 17 when I received the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Pastoral Studies at Nazarene Theological College, UK. Studying in the UK for four years shaped my early understanding of faith, counseling, and social work. After completing my studies, I returned to India in 2002, eager to contribute to society.

In 2003, I began volunteering with various social work organizations focused on rescue missions, while simultaneously serving as a Youth Leader and Counselor. This early work exposed me to the struggles of vulnerable populations, reinforcing my desire to make a meaningful impact.

International Justice Mission (IJM) and Entry into Counseling

Between 2004 and 2006, I worked with International Justice Mission (IJM), a well-recognized global nonprofit headquartered in Washington, DC. Founded by Gary Haugen, a former Department of Justice official, IJM is dedicated to rescuing minor girls from prostitution and fighting human trafficking worldwide.

As an Aftercare Worker with IJM, I played a critical role in counseling and rehabilitating rescued girls at government and NGO institutions. My time with IJM allowed me to witness firsthand the deep psychological trauma experienced by survivors. To enhance my ability to provide effective care, IJM sponsored my Certificate Course in Therapeutic Counseling for Professionals from Nirmala Niketan College, Mumbai. This marked my formal entry into the field of mental health and counseling.

Advanced Education in the USA

In 2007, seeking further academic and professional growth, I moved to the USA on an F1 (Student) Visa to pursue my Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Leadership, Management, and Community Work.

During this period, I also pursued additional certifications in Clinical Psychopharmacology, Treatment Planning, and Program Notation, which refined my skills in psychiatric social work. These studies strengthened my foundation in understanding mental health disorders, treatment methods, and holistic approaches to care. After completing my education, I returned to India in October 2010, determined to integrate my knowledge into practical applications.

Work in India: Mental Health and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

In January 2011, I relocated to Jaipur, Rajasthan, and had the privilege of working with renowned psychiatrist Dr. Anil Tambi for 1.5 years. Here, I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions for patients diagnosed with various mental disorders. This hands-on experience helped me develop a deep understanding of CBT-based therapeutic techniques and how to tailor them to individuals’ needs.

By 2013, I transitioned into freelance counseling, joining various online therapy platforms to provide CBT-based treatment to clients. This flexibility allowed me to balance my professional commitments with family responsibilities. In 2015, I joined YourDost as a consultant therapist, providing both online and offline therapy. Over the years, I counseled nearly 6,000 clients, focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.

My experience with YourDost also led me to collaborate with Skillforce, where I provided therapy to healthcare professionals. This work reinforced my understanding of the psychological challenges faced by frontline workers, particularly in high-stress environments.

Establishing My Own Mental Health Clinic

With growing expertise and professional networks, I decided to establish my own mental health clinic, Etsah Trinity Provider. Working closely with psychiatrists, I observed a common trend—many patients relapsed and remained dependent on medication. This realization led me to explore alternative approaches to treatment.

Seeking a solution, I pursued a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Philippines, focusing on natural modalities of healing. My goal was to help patients transition from pharmaceutical dependence to holistic treatment plans.

Inspired by my own spiritual journey as a Christian and my personal recovery from a hormonal disorder without medication, I became deeply committed to promoting natural healing practices. This fueled my passion for integrative mental health care, combining psychotherapy, nutrition, and holistic medicine.

Expanding My Work: Research, Writing, and Media Contributions

In 2020, I was approached by the Catholic Medical Association to contribute to their project, “Case of Chastity.” As part of this initiative, I reviewed 109 journal articles on abortion, critically evaluating them for efficacy and credibility. This experience deepened my expertise in medical ethics, research analysis, and policy implications related to reproductive health.

Around the same time, I was invited to write articles on Nutritional Psychiatry and Cultural Biases for Professionals on well-known online platforms. These writings emphasized the role of diet in mental health and explored cultural influences on mental healthcare accessibility.

I also became a recognized Mental Health Expert on various podcast channels, including Beyond Lifestyle, where I am currently under contract to continue contributing as a regular speaker. These platforms allow me to reach a broader audience, raising awareness about mental health, trauma recovery, and holistic healing approaches.

In addition, I launched my own YouTube channel, where I regularly share insights on mental health, neuroscience, and alternative healing methods. My channel currently has over 2,500 subscribers and 110+ published videos, offering free educational content to individuals worldwide.

Launching My Neuro-CBT Course and Expanding My Educational Work

My passion for education led me to create the Neuroscience-Integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Neuro-CBT) Course. This innovative course combines CBT principles with Neuroscience, offering professionals a scientifically backed therapeutic approach.

To support this course, I authored a textbook on Neuro-CBT, which is now available on Amazon. I also designed a Gratitude Journal, encouraging individuals to cultivate positive mental habits through reflective writing.

In 2022, I pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from the College of Learning, London, further strengthening my approach to holistic mental health interventions.

International Expansion: Etsah Trinity INC and Global Recruitment

Recognizing the global demand for mental health professionals, I established Etsah Trinity INC https://etsahtrinity.com/ in California, USA, with the vision of expanding my work internationally. This move was inspired by my desire to bridge the gap between mental health and holistic healing on a global scale.

Additionally, I launched an International Recruitment segment, helping professionals secure work opportunities abroad. So far, we have successfully placed three physiotherapists in international roles, with three more currently in the recruitment process. Our primary focus has been Germany, which has been actively welcoming healthcare professionals.
