The launch of the Bengaluru office marked a strategic shift toward regional scalability, followed by the establishment of multiple delivery units across the country. Milestones such as completing 200+ projects by 2012 and celebrating 30 years of operations in 2019 highlighted a journey rooted in steady growth rather than rapid acceleration.
The transition of Eleganz into a Limited company in 2023 marked a significant evolution in its corporate journey. Today, as an NSE-listed organisation, Eleganz stands on strong governance, robust systems, and a professional leadership structure. With over 625 projects executed, 46+ million square feet delivered, and operations spanning 35+ cities, the company exemplifies scale with consistency.
