Sarthak’s exposure to logistics began early, shaped by experiences across both Indian and international markets. By consolidating these services into one platform, TrucksUp eliminates fragmentation and simplifies daily decision-making.

With over 4 lakh downloads, 45,000+ monthly active users, and partnerships with 21+ service providers, TrucksUp has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing trucking platforms. Its solutions help reduce empty miles, improve asset utilisation, and create predictable income streams for truck owners—outcomes that directly strengthen the national supply chain.
Building TrucksUp was not without challenges. Introducing technology into a traditionally conservative industry required persistence and trust-building. Many truck owners were initially hesitant to adopt digital tools, while hiring talent with both logistics and technology expertise proved difficult. Sarthak addressed these challenges by staying deeply involved on the ground and investing heavily in training and onboarding.
These early struggles shaped his leadership philosophy. Sarthak believes that technology must adapt to users, not the other way around. Listening closely to truckers, iterating based on feedback, and delivering practical solutions became core principles. His ability to balance field-level engagement with strategic growth planning continues to define TrucksUp’s evolution.
Inspiration for Sarthak comes from family values rooted in integrity and resilience. Observing his father and uncle navigate business with discipline and ethics reinforced his belief that trust compounds faster than capital.
