He shares deep gratitude to his elder brother Mr. Ramandip Singh Dhaliwal for being by his side during and after the establishment of his venture. He is Mr. Sandip’s inspiration, who has always trusted him, even during the initial days of his business. He used to encourage Sandip at every phase of business, especially at the moments of taking financial risks. Mr. Ramandip assured he remained by Sandip’s side even in case of failure.

Maintaining the quality of service with less experienced staff had remained Sandip’s main struggle which he managed by upgrading his company employees, thereby building a strong and determined team of his own. Investing time and money in a rural area where it is hard to find good employees, was his toughest challenge! “It was a big deal to compete with the established immigration companies and maintaining the best quality of services”, confesses Mr. Sandip Singh Dhaliwal.

He is quite humble and responsible man who emphasizes on creating more earning hands. Following this ideology, he has provided employment to local youth and is continuously polishing them to make them capable of making their own path.
