A graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and IMT Ghaziabad, Sairee began her career as a journalist at a time when women’s voices in tech and entrepreneurship were still emerging. Her early career exposed her to the gender disparities in the workforce and sparked a deep-rooted passion for enabling economic independence for women.
Before SHEROES, Sairee also co-founded Fleximoms, a platform aimed at helping women find flexible work options. This initiative laid the groundwork for SHEROES, which went on to address not just professional opportunities, but holistic support for women’s well-being.
