The Exceptional Doctor- Engineer Duo Turned Into Iconic Entrepreneurs

Dr. Teja and Mr. Chaithanya, a doctor-engineer duo hailing from Nellore, has made their own incredible mark!

Dr. Teja and Mr. Chaithanya are doctor and engineer by profession and iconic entrepreneurs by choice, who envisioned developing the best hub to explore exclusive types of furniture meeting international standards. The exceptional duo grew up adoring their father for his remarkable success as a business person, from whom they have learnt a few business basics as well.

Dr. Teja, who found 9 to 5 work routines utterly boring, desired to make a mark of his own! During that period, he happened to notice many people opting to select their home and office furniture internationally, spending a lot of bucks thereby travelling many countries and importing them. He fabricated the idea of putting all those international sorts of furniture under one place, by incepting ‘HitechStuff’.

He realized the need of bringing international standards to people’s home on one call to ‘HitechStuff’

Being a creative soul, investigating innovative concepts and connecting those creative lines into a true picture, had always been on his mind. He grew much knowledge about furniture and interior designing industry, which apparently have a great scope of growth if processed in the right direction. On sharing his thoughts with his brother, along with tons of research material, effortless work hours, piles of hard work & endless sleepless nights, both commenced the company; which eventually witnessed an exponential growth trajectory along with many good and bad experiences.

Drawing inner strength and immense inspiration from their father, the duo learnt that nothing goes for free, and it’s only hard work, dedication and consistency that bring you closer to success.

Well, achieving what you imagine, is not a cakewalk, and you have to channel through lots of hurdles! While giving insights of the struggles the duo had to face while venturing into ‘HitechStuff’, they recall the period when they had to shut down the factories and getting cheated by many of their employees!

But getting through this chaos was really a thing that required them to be strong as a rock, choose to build & rise like phoenix from the ashes</p?

Dr. Teja shares that it was his brother- Mr. Chaithanya, who was with him the moment he quit his job. This indeed was a challenge for both of them to enter into an unknown territory with absolutely no experience. While facing much criticism, getting broken and feeling lost, they witnessed their critical period as a training session which has something bigger in- store for them.

“Today, we are in a position to face any challenge, in a highly competitive and dynamic market”, shares the duo.

As people don’t change their house often, but they do change their furniture! This was the thought that made him to give this venture a shot.

They thought of imparting people with something unique, to proudly accommodate their houses with.

Taking every day as a new experience and trying to face them with a smile and patience, is what Dr. Teja immensely believes in. At this note, he shares his father’s teachings of respecting every person one meets, whether a janitor or a manager!

The iconic performance of ‘HitechStuff during the past 3 years has been appreciated big time, and recently they have been applauded with Blindwink’s ‘India Icon Awards’, which is their proudest achievement so far!
