An Educationist with a degree in Engineering, Kshama is an Internationally Certified Career Guidance Facilitator. Along with co-founders, Michael Fernandes & Dr. Nilesh Sawant, she commenced ‘Pinnacle Education’ in 2012 with a vision to cater to the educational requirements of students. “It’s a one-stop solution to academic needs of students from Grade 5 to Pre-Post Graduation, and several Entrance Exam Preparation for Engineering, Medicine and other explicit courses”, asserts Kshama.

Kshama, an E&TC Engineer, also holds certifications in Psycho-Geometrics, Psychotherapy & Hypnosis which helps students with LD and much more. Enumerating her achievements, the renowned woman entrepreneur from Nashik adds,” I have been a panel member for ‘Youth Inspirators Network’, which is jointly organized by Saam TV and Sakaal News Network”. She is also an active member of exceptional Business organizations like BNI and E3.

Revealing the mission for Pinnacle Education, Kshama asserts, “By arranging Study Guidance, Personality Enhancement & Career Guidance Seminars in various schools and colleges, in and around the city, we help the students become ‘world-ready’.

Sharing about venturing into this profession, she says that, the world today demands students with an extensive skill set and there is an increasing need of people with diverse backgrounds to work in synergy, to create and sustain successful organizations. “The seeds of encouraging and enhancing these diversities are sown in the Educational Years of an Individual”, says the exceptional woman entrepreneur, Kshama Achanna. “The need to put our Innovative Teaching & Learning methods to good use, laid to the foundation of ‘Pinnacle Educational Services & Systems’ – The Pioneer in student – centric, winning study Systems & Services”, she shares.  

She quotes a saying by Nancy Duarte, “The Future isn’t a place that we are going to go. It’s a place that you get to create”.

She takes pride in sharing that this kind of a future was created for her as well, in an ancestry full of successful Business women- her Grandmothers- one, who single handedly and successfully managed a fleet of 8 buses back in the 1950s in the hill stations of Karnataka, providing safe transportation to hundreds of villagers every day; and the other, who managed an entire food service company in a ‘male-dominant’ era of business. She profoundly says, “I am a proud grandchild of a Freedom Fighter Grand-Dad and another grandfather, who used to take care of Investment & Insurance needs of Armed Forces Personnel”.

 

She is blessed for having genetically inherited business acumen of her Father, who is a multi talented entrepreneur, and the passion of teaching from her mother, who is an Educationist since 40 years. Adding about her husband’s successful entrepreneurial career, she says, “He is a self-made Business Tycoon, who initiated his business journey at tender age of 16, and is today, a Youth Icon for many”. She shares joyfully,” This lineage is my inspiration, which encouraged me to keep the torch glowing for this generation and the future generations”.

Adding further, she explains that diversifying from one business to four businesses in their ecosystem and adding more courses in their basket of existing courses, that too, within one year, was an enterprising yet risky decision for ‘Pinnacle Education’, but they sailed through.

“Increasing study pressure and ever changing examination patterns create stress among students, which we tried to eliminate through the inception of ‘Pinnacle Education’, by introducing innovative study techniques to help students change their resistant approach towards study, to a more accepting and rewarding experience”, asserts the innovative educationist, Kshama Achanna.
