Driven by her passion, she pursued a 3-year diploma course in BNCA College, Pune, honing her skills and immersing herself in the world of architecture and design. Her dedication and hard work caught the attention of Kalpak Design Firm, where she gained invaluable experience for four years, further fueling her aspirations.
Despite her successful stint at Kalpak Design Firm, Nirmitee yearned for something more – the freedom to create and express herself fully. This burning desire to unleash her creativity led her to take a leap of faith and start her own venture – Nirmitee Studio. On 1st May 2020, she set out on her entrepreneurial journey, armed with her unique perspective and a vision to craft captivating and innovative designs.
Nirmitee’s journey as an entrepreneur was not without challenges. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, she faced obstacles in managing labor and agencies. However, she fearlessly tackled each hurdle, learning and growing with every experience. Her perseverance and ability to handle difficulties with grace and efficiency earned her respect and admiration from her peers and clients alike.
Nirmitee’s specialization in space layout and modern detailing became her forte, setting her apart from her competitors.
