Nalini Adusumilli- Director, Smart Juniors (SKYE Kidz)
Nalini Adusumilli shares her howling success story with us, which only motivates others to chase their dreams. Let’s have a look!
The native of Koduru Village, Mudinepalli Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh; Nalini Adusumilli is a B.Tech from Gudlavalleru Engineering College, Gudlavalleru, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh and is currently pursuing M.Ed. She had to struggle a bit to find a good playschool for her kids, and couldn’t develop an impression from any of the existing playschools in her neighborhood. This made her realize the necessity of having a play school bearing high standards, which instigated her to venture into the same through ‘Smart Juniors (SKYE Kidz)’.
Highly inspired from ‘Mrs. G. Arundathi- Secretary cum Correspondent of ‘Sanghamitra School’, Nizampet Road, Hydernagar, Hyderabad, where her kids also study; Nalini used to get mesmerized by her passion, commitment and zeal towards excellence. “Being an ordinary student since my childhood and unwilling to put hard efforts towards my studies, my family members didn’t initially get along well with my idea of commencing a school. But it’s my faith in myself that I can run a school well, which has brought us where we are today after 8 years of untiring efforts. Having only 5 students in the first year of school, has witnessed a drastic difference in the scale now. My undying hopes and effortless work to the best of my abilities has got me into this position today”, shares Nalini.
Fulfilling her duties commendably from the day one and carrying utter faith in her arduous efforts without anticipating outcomes, makes Nalini a success story in more ways than one. She shares gratitude to her staff especially Mrs. Subha Mohan for her selfless efforts, who has always been with her in this remarkable journey.
“From the first day of school, I never felt like a Director or a Principal, as showing bossism towards the staff had never been my vision, rather I have always shown empathy towards the staff and have always been very friendly with them, as I believe that we work together to invent innovative teaching methods in the process of making our school unique”, candidly shares Nalini Adusumilli.
