He had no funds when he started out, today his “Shining Souls” is working as a reformative organization in India and is “Shining” brighter than ever!

Mr. Rahul Sinha is a remarkable name who has established himself as a self-made man who has been involved in uplifting those in need since a long period of time. Mr. Sinha is the chairman of the Shining Souls trust, a non-profit organization. Its branches are there in Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Shining Souls focuses on a plethora of domains of the society and helps the situation get better through different methodologies since 2018. The major issues that they focus on include social development, poverty eradication along with spreading awareness of several important things in the society. They conduct health camps from time to time in order to spread awareness of the importance of education, the upliftment of women, the necessity of education for women, sanitation and cleanliness, child rights along with agriculture and food  security, gender equality and the like. Basically, most of the major social problems are taken care of by this trust which helps people have a better life with necessary changes in their lifestyle. They also focus on the importance of sports in our lifestyle alongside focusing on women empowerment issues at the same time.

Shining Souls therefore plays a huge role in bringing about the necessary change in the societal system of rural areas by looking after these subjects on a regular basis. Although it’s been two years since this trust has been founded, they are doing wonders by constantly trying to change the society in terms of the social happenings and systems.

Primarily the goal of this organization was to revive the societal system of places like Bihar, UP, Rajasthan. However, with the passing months, they have gone beyond the given geographical places and are currently aiming to “make our country the BEST in every field and sectors.”

Nothing comes easy without hurdles and challenges. Same was the scenaio for Mr. Sinha as well. During the journey of bringing about certain changes in the society, the organization has had to face a lot of challenges and issues in terms of societal and financial support. It is extremely difficult to run an organisation without sufficient support from seveal funds to back them up. Shining Souls has been getting support from several individuals and funds from the society,which initially was not sufficient but is increasing day by day.

“We are genuinely working on ground level especially in rural and tribal areas of India. And I feel proud in working in such areas because truly and really the people of such areas needs a lots of support.”

However, one needs a supportive and inspiring figure in their life to move forward. Mr. Sinha has idolized his father late Ashok Kumar Sinha and his uncle, Dr. N.K. Sinha who have constantly inspired him till their last breath and have taught Mr.Sinha the art of not giving up and workinh towards one’s dreams until it is achieved.

Mr. Sinha is a prime example of where good will and hark work can lead people to and the only thing he wants people to remember to succeed in any field is “We have to make commitment with ourselves to work with full dedication and devotions without bothering what people say and yes always remember “OUR ACTIONS MUST SPEAK RATHER THAN OUR WORDS.”
