A truly self motivated lady who accepts the challenges with utmost courage and loyalty- meet Dr. Anju Parmar, an incredible  Principal  at ‘Ganga National Public School’, who is an idol for many who aspire to achieve something big in life. She is an ardent educator who accepts even the adverse situations with immense patience & honesty, and always tries to give her best to the students through counseling and motivation to make them capable of achieving their goals in life. As teaching profession needs immense hard work and patience to deal with diverse students; assiduous efforts, hard work and patience of Dr. Anju backed her to evolve as an ideal teacher.

Dr. Anju Parmar shares gratitude to her inspiration and idols- her Science Teacher, Ms. Amita and her elder brother, Mr. Mahesh; for guiding and supporting her since the day she commenced her teaching journey. Sharing the struggles she had to face during her journey, Dr. Anju recalls,” Yes, it’s arduous to handle the criticism by other staff members who are in a habit of flattering the boss and who have always underestimated my caliber”. The mother and a remarkable working lady reflects the shortage of time to manage both worlds as her biggest challenge. “But I managed to come out of this situation with the blessings of ‘Maa Durga’, says Dr. Anju Parmar.

Taking us through her journey, Dr. Anju shares, “Educating students is one of the best professions in this world, although teachers are least paid in India, but the respect and affection we get from our students is our foremost reward”. Accepting new challenges and choosing the toughest paths for herself, are a few traits of Dr. Anju that make her unique. An incredibly talented educator who has been applauded for her 25 years of contribution in shaping the future of students of India, has also got an Appreciation Letter from HRD Minister of India- Smt. Samriti Irani for her excellent work in the field of education.
