A Heart With An Endless Wish

Syed is the ultimate force of courage, determination, and an undeniable spirit. He did not want to burden his parents for his expenditures, so he did any little job that came up so he could buy his clothes, comics, cycle, etc. He started his great journey by doing small events. They got bigger and bigger as time passed, and they turned into significant corporate events. Then he started making his team of students that were like him willing to do anything and going beyond any limit for their desires.

Many entrepreneurs at the start do not have their family support. The family support kicks in when your business is up and running. However, Syed’s family supported him all the time. Syed’s most significant support was his five-year young daughter.

Notice the people that are happy if you are happy, sad if you are sad. They are the ones deserving of a special place in your heart.
The time never stays the same as the sweet air of school and college ended. Syed had nothing to do, so he got into a banking job and made his way to up to be the manager of the state of Tamilnadu to help a very high skilled sales team for a leading insurance organization before starting his own dream business.
Only making dreams is not enough; working hard for them is more important.

Many people who own a business struggle in making a good team, opening a shop, etc. but many of them face a battle with sustaining a business they make Money, but that Money is equal to the business expense. Syed also faced the same challenge of maintaining his business.

The first thing every entrepreneur faces in a business phase is to quit a good-paying job and focus all on the business, but the company is not making not enough money, and it’s a do or die situation. Syed faced with the same problem. He had to quit his high paying job at the bank because he could not focus on the business.
Syed did not believe in a do or die situation. He said- Do or die an old concept; do it before you die.

At the time when Syed was working in Bank that time, startups like Flipkart, Ola, Red bus, etc. were trending and shooting of the roof, so he decided that this is the right time to start a business. Syed realized that the concept of all these trending startups was precisely the same that they were all making the prospect’s life so much easier and providing them with cheaper solutions to problems that previously cost a lot.

Syed also observed that social media platforms are changing the lives of people. Therefore, he realized all of these facts and started his dream business, Workfreaks. Syed’s work freaks were also using the same principle as other start-ups making life more comfortable. Syed always caught himself in negotiation at his job. He thaught dealing with these negotiations was time-consuming, and while a business can do some other work, they are trapped into doing negotiations with customers, partners, etc. Syed’s HR and corporative service company allowed him to get market best human and business resources which is required for a business to transform and be successful.
