Manoj Kumar Mahto, owner of ‘Zool Ad Network’ revolutionized the current landscape of ad industry by serving 19+ billion ads daily. An impeccable entrepreneur, Manoj, found his track and commenced his journey 12 years back. ‘Zool Ad Network’, an ideal choice for promoting movies, songs, videos, online-offline business products, mobile apps, installs, games etc, is a renowned name which caters to advertsiement needs of people. Talking about numbers, Manoj mentions “Since inception, we have served more than 70,000 users”. He adds on by saying, “This is the best alternative of Google and Facebook ads in the world”.

Sharing more about his ventures, Manoj says that they have also developed ‘Zoolley’, an internet search engine providing organic and general search results, rendered with a child safe feature. To pin-point the distinctions in Zoolley, he specifies that unlike other search engines, Zoolley focuses on getting information from key crowd sourced websites, rather than profiling its users.

Shedding a light on the platform of ‘Zoolley’, Manoj shares that it picks up 1000 sites of the country based on the Alexa Ranking and if any site owner wishes to be listed in Zoolley database, they need to submit their details, which are then reviewed by us before listing them.

He adds, ‘Zoolley’ also acquired Ayah Network in 2014 which was a London-based advertising technology platform and Ad Network, offering traffic based on contextual and behavioral analysis. ‘Zool technologies India’, earlier named ‘Zoolley technologies India’, is a bootstrap company focusing on its organic growth by working towards stability, customer satisfaction and retention.

His urge of innovating and developing a product of its own kind, motivated him to venture into advertising industry with a desire to showcase his value. He envisioned- ‘Passion, perseverance and energy’ to work upon his own creative ideas, and eventually foresaw an exponential potential in venturing into advertising sector by being his own boss rather than a settled job.

He takes inspiration from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam and Elon Musk, and recalls how he overcome the challenges in his life by adopting their great philosophies in his life. He mentions – financial challenges, starvation, and struggles to afford education, were the prominent challenges of his life. 

Moving ahead in business was not an easy ride, as risks are inevitable, so, he has a great inclination for developing the efficient business model to minimize the risk in business.

Manoj shares,” The challenges are the part of our day to day routine which can only be resolved by efficient planning and wise action plans”.

He says, “Exploring an opportunity for business in the advertisement market was obvious for him, with a rising need of people looking up to internet for promoting their business, products or services”.
On a concluding note, Manoj shares,” My Balanced mind with composed behavior can be counted as my unique traits”, adding,” I am a key motivator and a firm believer of team work who values business relations and integrity” reflecting his views about self motivation, leadership, creativity, which are key factors that lead to success.
