She has also been awarded with the ‘Best Paper Award’ at the ‘National Symposium of Indian Society of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry’ for original research on ‘Visual Pedagogy to teach brushing for Autistic children’.

With a firm belief of creating value for dentistry through education and enhancing lives, she incepted “Dental Lounge – Hubli” envisioning raising the bar of the dental experience and re-imagining the standard of patient care. Wholeheartedly dedicated to providing pain free and comfortable dental experiences, her team strives to build long lasting relationships with their patients. She also takes keen interest in community services like school Dental camps, Dental seminars and Dental office visits for children. Dr. Rishika Habib ensures imparting comprehensive dental care including preventive dentistry, sports dentistry and esthetic dentistry through cutting edge technology and coordination with other medical specialties to cater to kids of all economic backgrounds.

Her story of incepting Dental Lounge
She shares, “Dental caries is the most common oral disease that affects 60-90% of school children of age 6-12 years in India. Though its prevalence has declined in developed countries but India witnesses a difference in scale.” Owing to her undying aspirations of helping the kids of our nation to battle with this disease, she found her dose of motivation to incept “Dental Lounge”. She feels spreading awareness about Pediatric oral health as the most challenging task and is trying her bit in educating and spreading its awareness through all means.

Dr. Rishika Habib is deeply saddened by the fact that parents tend to neglect the oral health of children to such an extent that even children aged 2-3 years also suffer the pain and infections. Immensely sensitive towards dealing with kids and their needs, she empathizes and creates a bond with her young patients to treat their anxiety & fear for their happy experience.
