Carrying an urge to evolve as a renowned entrepreneur, Mr. Sanjay Sitap and Mr. Amit More founded ‘Speedtek Engineers Pvt Ltd.’ 2.5 years ago. Mr. Sanjay’s venture is an integrated fire and security system establishment that caters to the safeguarding people from fire.  Since inception, their venture has been up-scaling exponentially, marking an explicit name and fame. Mr. Sanjay Sitap has always been passionate about his business and growth as an entrepreneur. Blessed with the open minded people by his side, he aspired to do wonders alongside them. He always enjoys the company of entrepreneurs who carry a burning desire to explore their ideas to achieve something big in life.

He is an honest and humble person who doesn’t intend to hurt anyone and can never purposely take advantage of someone or commit something wrong.

He is a self-inspired person who always desired to become an entrepreneur and this is his utter hard work and never dying passion that has brought him a long way. He looks up to ‘Shri Ratan Tata’ for his incredible venture and takes a fair dose of inspiration from his business tactics. He seems deeply touched while he sharing about the struggles he faced during his entrepreneurial journey. He also had to channel through a rough patch in life while he was in school, and many times he had to borrow money from his neighbors to pay school fees. He also recalls that time when his parents would fall short of finances to send him to picnics like other children. The struggles had never halted but his willingness had always overpowered the challenges of life. He began to work from 10th standard and since then he has been steering up during his work journey. During the last 2 years of his 12 years of work stint in a company, he geared up for incepting his own business, but establishing a new venture had itself been a struggling phase.

Shedding light on his biggest challenges, he shares, “My first big decision was to take a flat on loan when my income was dependent only on me.”

For a person who has quit his job, the financial burden was real. His family was totally dependent on him financially; he had his own needs to meet, and then the load of establishing his own business wisely; all began hovering over his head! But his patience, passion and sheer hard work set as stepping stone to success, and he finally got an opportunity to escalate his business through networking. The opportunities knocked at his door owing to his indulgence in news, and finally everything else started to fall in place. His rules and honesty towards his work and clients makes him stand out of the rest in the era of intense competition.
