Arul Prakash, the CEO of “Max Neo”, has an undying thirst and a 7 years experience in the domain of Clinical Research. He always had a clear vision in his mind and knew where he wanted to reach. He has gathered vast experience in clinical research industry, leading Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials. A diligent researcher, Arul has managed both Interventional and Non-interventional studies in various domains such as Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Diabetology, Respiratory diseases and Oncology. He has earned a hands-on experience in handling global trials and multi-centric trials as well.

 

He confesses his love for working in the research field by stating that the Clinical trials produce high-quality data that are helpful in taking healthcare decisions. “I always look forward to abide by the key ethical principles for the safety and wellbeing of patients participating in the clinical trial”, shares the Brilliant Clinical Researcher.

 

He is immensely inspired by Dan Lok, Ellon Musk and Robert T Kiyoski for their distinctive business traits. He recalls that he didn’t get the desired moral support from his family due to lack of knowledge about his business. Arul Prakash asserts, “Every one used to ask me about the profit he makes but none of them was supportive enough to acknowledge his struggles during initial stages of the “Max Neo Clinical Research Services”. On the flip side, he shares gratitude for his friends who not only guided him during the process of establishing his venture but also supported him financially.

 

During early days of his entrepreneurial journey, there were instances when people used his services for free or low cost, but the young entrepreneur never took that to heart, “I thought they can take my work and money but they can’t take my skills”, expresses Arul, the Clinical Research Chief. Later, he framed a protocol for his entrepreneurial life – to invest maximum time in business. He considers his time as his biggest investment and intends to utilize it efficiently by reading books and listening to a few podcasts by his mentors.
