Dr. Kasturi R Naik, who is a dynamic educator, is currently an Assistant Professor at DES’s NMITD in management department. She is a certified & licensed ‘Heal your Life’ Workshop Leader, Certified Executive Life Coach, Certified Image Consultant, Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioner. Her research capabilities are self proven through the 30+ research papers that she has published nationally and internationally, out of which she got the best paper awards in a couple of conferences as well. Dr. Kasturi has also been honored to play a role of discussant and session chair in national and international conferences, and has also won Best Paper track presenter award at ABRM International conference 2015, besides Best paper award at IMRC 2016.
Considering the dynamics involved in personal and professional life of every individual, she immensely believes in a need to inculcate clarity, empathy and insight for success in all endeavors, which subsequently backed her to commence conducting life coaching and training sessions in emotional intelligence​ and personality enhancement, focusing especially on senior professionals who impart the required direction and speed to their team by sharing the importance of inculcating empathy, clarity and insight, goal setting with PACER model and RSI instrument, the power of personal appearance and projecting positive self-esteem and first impressions.

She has conducted workshops on ‘Heal Your Life philosophy’ of Louise Hay, ‘Personality Enhancement’ via Self-Management Techniques, ‘Developing Leadership Legacy for success, Developing Customer Service Legacy for success, Public Speaking , Art & Science of creating first impressions, Work Life Empowerment and many more for Corporate, NGO, Colleges and schools including prestigious organizations as her clients incorporating TAJ Hotels, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, TCS, New Horizon School, Kotak Education Foundation, Somaiya Institute, RCF School, Apna Bazaar, Apna Bank, Gogate College and many more.
Dr. Kasturi firmly believes that we don’t get tired of work but because we do little work which doesn’t ignite passion and compassion within us, and envisions spreading passion and passion for personal and professional growth of all. She always looks up to her mother, who is a business woman, and recalls the way she makes her realize the vitality of celebrating every emotion by imbibing in her the significance of setting health goals, knowledge & learning goals, relationship goals and financial goals.

Dr. Kasturi, who visualizes problems as disguised opportunities, believes in changing the thinking towards challenges, which will transform those hardships into opportunities to learn. Quoting an example from her life to strengthen her view point, she recalls how she conducted training sessions and life coaching for age group of 14 years to 60 years, which was quite a challenge, but foreseeing it as an opportunity, made her successful in spreading passion and compassion to every individual she interacted with.

Carrying a practicing experience of 10 years, Dr. Kasturi has been blessed with abilities to connect with all age groups competently and spread her personal vision of passion and compassion to them admirably.
