An HR Strategist, a Performance Accelerator and a Productivity Expert – Muthu Kumar carries 17 years of experience in HR, Process and Business Consulting. He has marked his name among few privileged persons who are invited to reputed college for carrying out a motivation seminar to graduate & post graduate students, and to judge their events. With an immense interest in researching, Muthu has done MBA from Christ College.

  Having an inclination to find messy operation problems, Muthu loves to transform them into leaner, cleaner and better solutions, for assisting people in increasing productivity, minimizing cost, reducing risk and sustaining growth; which are apparently the greatest risks of start-ups/MSMEs and SMEs. Having ventured into HR with ‘DigiCloud Tech Services’, Muthu and his team put efforts in automating the processes through ERP solutions developed with complete real time practical experiences.

Inspired from ‘Ratan Tata’ for his business ethics, values and his contribution to the country, and ‘Mukesh Ambani’ for his brilliant business strategies, Muthu foresees to elevate the growth graph of his company in the near future.

Born in a poor family with liabilities of few lacs, Muthu, at the age of 23, got into a job to repay loans. And during the course of time, he had been hit with an idea of incepting an HR Consulting firm, which was not at all welcomed by his family members during the global crisis era. But Muthu always believes that life never gets easier, only that’s you who get stronger.

Though Muthu was uncertain about the future of his business and even faced some financial risks such as paying resources for HR & server costs, along with operational risks such as setting up product development activities in other states, but he never carried a regret of venturing into this business.
