Starting up any new venture takes immense period of struggle, so did the ‘Transport Wings’, when it was established in 1965, with no road & infrastructure, with limited connectivity and illiteracy, lack of knowledge, financial issues, intangible products, arduous day-to-day operations kept on adding to the challenges for evolving the company as a well-off brand.

Being more invested in R&D for imparting innovative & customized solutions, numerous challenges stood up against the owners to fulfill the expectations of customers as well as our nation’s needs. For example, during the 1971 war, the company timely delivered military equipment at base posts in stark blackouts with no proper road connectivity. For a glance, another example arises: the company executed the job of an important time bound delivery between Maharashtra and West Bengal (2400 km), in just 36 hours to avoid the plant shutdown.

They had to develop an additional road in Uri sector during the collapse occurred due to landslides, and have also delivered an urgent ODC cargo to NHPC Hydro Project during a terrorist attack in the area. They never backed out in the time of need; it was their firm commitment and dedication which kept them going so admirably.
