Dr. Dibya Jyoti Likhok is a registered B class Homeopathy practitioner. His designations don’t just stop there. Expanses he hasn’t touched his expertise are rare. A doctor, Educational specialist, Real estate dealer, media company owner, social activist, etc. Needless to say, he had excelled in all the areas of his reach and inspired and empowered a lot of humans by providing free medical treatments and education. He is a man of great virtue and integrity.
Dibya Jyoti began his entrepreneurial career in the year 2000. He is the founder and managing director of EXCEL IT EDUCATION, which is a computer educational institute and now has 4 branches in the state of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. The motto of the institute is to offer free computer education for 50 poor and underprivileged students every year since 2002.
He is also the founder and president of the INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL AND MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY, which was established in the year 2007. The institute provides paramedical and vocational education for students from 2008.
Dr. Dibya jyoti is the founder and president of the BOARD OF ELECTRO HOMEOPATHY MEDICINE, ASSAM, which was established in 2011. The institution was to give Electro Homeopathy education, research, and development to run Electro homeopathy medical college and hospital for economically backward and brilliant students who aspire to be medical practitioners to offer the best services towards society. The vision of the institute is to provide free medical treatment to underprivileged people who can’t afford costly medical treatments.

The doctor turned entrepreneur excelled in his career not just in the medical field but in business as well. He is the founder managing director of Royal Infra, which is a real estate company. Dr. Dibya is the managing director of TRINAYAN BUILDERS PVT. Ltd, which is also a real estate company.
The doctor proved his aptitude in the media field as well. The diversity in his choice and field of expertise speaks itself about his talents and capabilities. He is the managing director and CEO of Axom Meditech Pvt. Ltd.
NGO / Social Activities.
Dr. Dibya is the founder or resident of INTERNATIONAL TRADER FAIR (2001). This is a fair where people from all over India and abroad come. This gives an opportunity for SHG and local production units to buy and sell their products and thereby gets more exposure and a platform to interact with people from all over the world.
Apart from these, he has also spearheaded great activities such as providing school education for street children. He provides scholarships for 5 brilliant underprivileged students every year. He organizes various cultural activities of different communities of Assam. Also, he provides assistance to unemployed youth to set up small-scale industries in rural areas.
Dr. Dibya had received several awards for his selfless activities and movements. Awards include AWARD EXCELLENCE in the field of Holistic Health Science at International Conference 2008, Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Electro Homeopathy awarded by New age International University, Europe, etc.
In short, Dr. Dibya Jyoti is a versatile man of great integrity. He is someone to look up to. A promising talent for this and the coming generation.
