Without caring much about profit making, this educationalist is on a mission to provide quality education to aspirants from Sagar and its vicinity.

It is his disappointment in getting a good Computer Hardware course in Sagar that led to the foundation of “Fast-tech Computer Education Institute” with an aim to provide quality, affordable computer education to all. Pradeep Pandey has been into this venture for last 12 years and inspires the young entrepreneurs of the current generation. Instead of quitting he converted his disappointment into an opportunity. Today his instituted has a well-maintained track record in the Education sector, achieving the top ranks every year. He attributes this success to his ability to plan, schedule, and handle each task with creativity and personalization.
In pursuit of providing quality Computer Education and Skill Training to students and working professionals, Pradeep had to face immense challenges in life. He struggled to make ends meet in business for those initial years and saved nothing for himself. At a relatively lesser course fees, he provides the highest quality and standard. Maintaining a balance between the two is very difficult, but he managed to offer the same to his aspiring students. Many institutions in Sagar copied his ideas and strategy, but he has no qualms.

His employment oriented education is shaping the future of many students, thereby helping them with a steady career in IT. As an ISO 9000:2015 certified institute, his venture is known to provide quality education and training. He even started to provide free English language classes for all students since the majority of them came from Hindi medium schools and villages. With the increasing number of students, demands grew and he spent every penny to maintain the good infrastructure, along with the promise of quality education. Pradeep recalls “Making something a Brand from scratch is not easy. I started this institute with 10,000 Rupees and rented computers. Where others focused on Quantity, I focused on the Quality of Education and Services.” – and probably that’s what made all the difference.
With such noble gesture, he is not only an educator but a philanthropist, who seldom concentrated in the business of money making. With his savings of the past 6 years, he brought out this idea of Fast-tech franchise, online education, website, and app based support to the students, which proved out to be a revolution. From the very start of his entrepreneurial journey, he was clear with his objective. Pradeep states that “Education is what everyone needs and everyone deserves. I never conceptualized the idea of expanding Fast-tech sole for profit. I seek better ways in which I can benefit students. In this technological era, the way we teach and the way students learn has become advanced.”

Being from a small town, he rightly uses his talent, resource and energy to be an achiever in the world of entrepreneurship. A strong believer of Karma, he draws inspiration from his father, who helped him to become a selfless, helping, optimistic, and dynamic individual. Today he provides facilities like Air conditioned campus, RO Water, Library, online support through website & app and offline support for students, at an affordable fee.
