Hard Work Pays Off At The Right Time Is What Exemplifies Her Story As Entrepreneur

Started her entrepreneurship in July 2000, Sunaina, Founder, Ichizel interior had been making quite a buzz within the industry of interior design in India. She is a well-established woman who works both as an interior & architectural designer. Also, she is the mother of two beautiful kids and wife of a supportive husband. Her family has been nothing but a pillar of strength in her career, and she could not be more grateful.

Her Views On Her Job:

This wonderful lady explains her job with a very artistic perspective which we completely agree on. She says, “Interior design is the art and science of understanding people’s behaviour to create functional spaces within a building. The decoration is the furnishing or adorning of a space with decorative elements, sometimes complemented by advice and practical assistance.”

According to her, interior design has been around for more than 100 years, and right from its beginning, it has been attempting to transform what seems basic to something alluring. Over the years it has put up with a lead role when it comes to putting up residential areas, office facilities, commercial advancements, and institutions such as hospitals, schools, and religious centres and the role of interior design in architecture has become more prominent as the years go on. Spaces that are formulated are now to be contemplated with the furniture and decor they are going to feature once complete.

The Encouragement Behind Ichizel Interior:

Sunaina explains herself as an artist rather than just a designer. Over the years of establishment of her company, she has done over 200 projects and finished them off with happy & satisfied clients. All of this happened because of the way she thinks about her business. Which is, “When I had the idea for Ichizel interiors, I saw it not only as a way to have more control over my life by becoming my own boss but also as a way to empower those in my industry. I came up with my business idea as I always dreamt of designing houses, I was very creative and choosy when it came to designing.”

As satisfactory as her story sounds, in the beginning, the plot was slightly different. She had to endure the financial crisis but luckily overcame with the support of the family. Behind her success today, she wants to convey her thoughts to the person she is utterly grateful for. “I consider my Dad as my idol. He is the most respectable and important person in my life. He has influenced not only my life but the life of my entire family. He has always been motivating me since my childhood.”

Sunaina is one of those women, who will, in fact, share her share of learning in the process of success. She tells us,

“Adaptability, persistence, and hard work… are three important attributes, no matter what your endeavour.“

For her amazing work in the field of interior design, she has won several awards, such as “India 5000 best MSME award for outstanding contribution in quality and excellence… India leadership award in the category of leading residential interiors designers in Bangalore… Ichizel complained to ISO 90021:2005 for scope architecture, interior designing, turnkey execution, modular furniture, project management and maintenance service provider.
