He, The Entrepreneur Who Won Multiple Awards Within Four-Years of Establishment

Dr. Sreekanth Kumar Mallineni- Director, Little Teeth-A Unit of RICH Hospital

This is the story of a pediatric dentist who became an entrepreneur of his dream profession. Under the expert mentorship of Professor Nigel King, Dr. Mallineni was able to recognize his talent not only as a clinician but also as a person with leadership qualities, attitude towards caressing & his other personality development traits. He describes himself as a very dynamic, hard-working, and kind-hearted person; thus, all the other qualities made him realize his ability to retain an organization of his own.

Business Scale-Up

The initial start-up was in 2016, ever since the RICH group of hospitals extended its branches at Atmakur, Sullurpeta, Kavali, and Tirupati (two Branches), etc. He envisioned the services and cared that can be extended through Rich Hospitals, motivated me to start up a dental wing, and Dr. Ravi Kumar Tenali provides employment to many dentists and auxiliaries and emphasize oral healthcare to people.

For the future, Dr. Mallineni explains the organization will be providing advanced, painless dental treatments at an affordable cost. All of this has taken an unstoppable growth in the last four years, which is thoroughly impressive.

The specialty practice was entirely centralized to metropolitan cities like Chennai, Mumbai, and New Delhi, etc. He felt the need to establish a practice to reach the pediatric community, which occupies 40% of the population. With this vision, he collaborated with the distinguished pediatrician Dr. Ravi Kumar Tenali, who had a vision on Pediatric Dentistry.

Before that, he has approached many people and pediatricians to start an exclusive pediatric dental set up on their premises. He had strongly expressed his gratitude to Dr. RaviKumar Tenali (Chairman, RICH Group of Hospitals) for his vision and encouragement in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

Inspiration

Dr. Mallineni is too humble to take credit for his relentless hard work; thus, he never once has hesitated to mention the names to whom he is truly grateful. The one name that came up time after time was one of his mentors, Prof. Nigel King, who has been nothing but an utter inspiration in his life. He is extremely thankful to the great gentleman Dr. Ravi Kumar (Chairman, RICH Group of Hospitals). The latter gave me the opportunity to establish the exclusive pediatric dental set-up (Little teeth A unit of Rich Hospitals) in Pogathota, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh with a clear vision and mission.

Also, his father, Mr. Kondaiah Mallineni, has supported him with all the needed resources to achieve his goals in this pediatric dentistry during rough times of his life. Dr. Jaykumar Jayraman is responsible for the establishment of his career as a pediatric dentist. Without these people and their constant cooperation, this might not have been possible for him.
