The Fine Achiever Of Success, He Was Financially Broken When Started As An Entrepreneur

Lalbahadur Gond, Founder of Hindustan Tower Info System Noida, has 12+ years of experience in telecom and solar in Operation, Project implementation, sales & Marketing, and Project Management. He left his Job in 2016 in Chennai and started the company in the same year in Chennai and now operates from Noida.

In the initial days of the startup, his organisation has faced many challenges, the previous three years were very tough due to a huge personal loss, but the company is slowly growing up. He has done a Project Management certification course from MSME Chennai and B.tech in 2006 BBDNITM Lucknow (UPTU –Lucknow). A village boy with big dreams in his eyes, he had come this far.

The Establishment Of The Organization:

It is still a very new firm as it was established in Nov 2017. It is a growing business but one of the leading services in the Telecom and Solar industry. Presently, the business is running well.

“The world’s future completely depends on Solar energy and the telecom system, everything will come on solar because this is natural power resources, which will never finish and totally save the environment”

– Mr Gond.

The USP of the business is the lowest cost and high quality and timely delivery or first-ever, and it is the essence of what makes a product or service better than competitors. Also, after leaving his previous job,  the person he really looks up to, his big father, reminded him this is the right time to start something different, and discussed it with his big father. He supported and started the business in the same profession which he was doing in Job time. He owes his success to his idol, his big father, Late. Shri Ram Sanehi Gond.

Struggles That Came In His Way:

He faced many problems, from financial to client-related Payment issues. In the beginning, many clients ignored his endeavour. They started with a very low investment of 2Lakh and mostly, faced financial problems. Gradually started work with the agreement, and everything is documented and proper manners, and now systematically, business is doing great.

“Yes, my personal life impacted my profession because we have a joint family and after Big Father, Late Shri Ram sanehi Gond death completely damaged because he is the backbone of my entire family, he is the head of the family but taking some time and now coming away” he explains.

Anyway, after all this time, he is focusing on clients’ needs, trying to do his best with the time limit. As he knows that good coordination and communication are expected in every business. Time, quality, and performance management, attack, is helping his profession.

Mr Gond has won two awards for being an outstanding example and standing out for his work. He was awarded, “Solar and storage startup of the year 2018, Indian Startup convention startup excellence award 2018 CAT-startup award for telecom and solar EPC Implementation”.
