And 5 years down the line with so many awards, recognition and accolades in her name, Ragini truly has come a long way in making her dreams a reality now. As a qualified Company Secretary, Law Graduate and Post-graduate in Economics, and working in the area of corporate and regulatory laws with a major focus on company secretarial functions, legal compliance, and audits, Ragini had been instrumental in guiding her clients in the right direction.

Former President of India, APJ Abdul Kalam has inspired her both professionally and personally. His journey from a hawker to the President of India after overcoming all sorts of hindrances in life has encouraged Ragini to achieve her dream and set up her venture. Due to shortage of manpower and resources in her initial days, she struggled a lot and even had to let go many clients for the same. However, self-motivation and some expert support kept her floating. On her modus operandi, she recalls,

“All setbacks gave me strength to bounce back with double energy and higher impact. I sought advice from field expert to make execution plan. Before going into the business, I have done deep analysis to get clear understanding on various business aspects.”

As a hardworking, risk taker individual, Ragini feels that research is the only way to find solution of a problem. It has given her the right direction to venture and explore.
