Mr. Gagan Arora, CEO, Vertex Global Service, is a first-generation tech entrepreneur & Boston Consulting Group Certified Business professional. Having an A-Class background of education and working experience in companies like Teleperformance, Targus, and Tech Live Connect did not satisfy this quench of dreams. He always wanted something of his own and possessed an interest in delivering business solutions for companies that drove him to his destiny.

Mr. Arora has been a well-known name in the industry alleys for years, and he has launched “ILC Solutions (USA) & Vertex Global Services (IND) in 2016, which is now one of the fastest-growing Business Optimization Solutions Providers.” His company basically offers a wide range of services, such as Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, Performance Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence, E-Learning & Integrated Digital Solutions.

The journey has never been very smooth for him, but the mantra that he chants kept him going. The boy who had launched an office for a popular call center with over 3000 employees in Indore now has the biggest startup in the entire city. He is a true inspiration to the youth, his education, and his belief that “winning is about not giving up” kept him going & made him unstoppable.
