For some, the journey of life seems endless, but for Dr Siddharth Bhattacharya one lifetime is falling short to achieve his desired goals. He is the Advisory Committee Member of The Planetary Society (NASA) and Advisor Young Member of TiE. Apart from that, he is a professional member of the World HR Board, All India Management Association, HRPA-Canada, IHRCI-USA, and a lifetime member of the Institute of Scholars. Following his lofty aspiration was just as difficult for him as it would be for anyone, filled with challenges and struggles. Yet, his yearning never died out.

He started by setting discipline for himself to bridge the distance between his dreams and accomplishments. He believed that hard work and a consistent desire to improve oneself were the only tools that could carve out his bright future. After finishing his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, he had the hunger to complete his Executive Management Degree from IIM-Calcutta and an MBA from Symbiosis-Pune. Thereafter, Dr. Siddharth Bhattacharya was unstoppable.

He went on to attend MDPs from Harvard-USA. He attended HEC in Paris, Kelloggs, and Wharton in the USA. He pursued his studies from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, USA, and Career Development Alliance, USA to become a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Career Coach respectively. His knowledge was instrumental in helping individuals to direct their energy productively.

With more than twenty years of experience in the corporate world, he is the indisputable emperor of HR leadership. His diverse knowledge comes in handy in creating progressive personnel who are adaptive, flexible, and supportive. Dr Siddharth Bhattacharya is passionate about stimulating the organisational culture that thrives on team orientation.

Dr Bhattacharya emphasizes meeting personal commitments and professional dedication for building an efficient workforce. He believes in partnering career and personal growth for the best results. Apart from meeting the organisational needs, he has passionately mentored the young generation and nurtured their aspirations. His counselling has helped students set direction and achieve their goals while establishing themselves as good human beings.

He aims to develop a full HR cycle constituting a strategy of planning and implementation, interconnected team players, bridging cultural differences to promote a global work environment, revitalizing HR departments, developing proactive business solutions, launching green initiatives, and more. He has also established competent individuals at various hierarchy levels with his leadership excellence. His relationship-building skills have fostered a work environment where mutual understanding and respect blooms.

His list of achievements is long. Today, he is the Brand Ambassador of Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Science (MBRU) to empower the community during the pandemic. He is also the campus ambassador of the International Model United Nations (IMUN).

Dr Siddharth Bhattacharya is felicitated with several awards. He has won the HR leader of the Year 2021 Award, Best Global HR Strategist Award, Dynamic Leader of the Year Award, Top 50 Influential Leaders Award, Indian Icon Award, Asia Pacific Excellence Award and more. He is also honoured with the Pillar of India Award, Business Mentor of the Year 2021 Award, and Difference Maker of the Year 2021.
